Privacy and protection of personal data are very important to the NUTT, in this sense this Privacy Policy provides a framework of understanding about the personal data collected as required under the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD). ): Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, with direct application from May 25, 2018.


The NUTT is a national trademark (registered at INPI under no. 641291) and includes its subsidiaries, grouped by areas of activity: Extremo Esboço - Unipessoal, Lda, in the area of ​​Engineering activities; FreneticLand - Unipessoal, Lda, in the area of ​​Architecture activities.
This policy is applicable in the light of the RGPD only in the countries to which it refers (European Union) and applies exclusively to the processing of personal data by the NUTT companies, in the context of the intended purposes.
